We bring over 26 years of general contractor
experience to the table and include in our services the
architectural skills of Arq. Luis Olguien. We've assembled
a work force of approximately forty experienced tradesman:
fountain & cement experts, Tri-D Panel, ladrillo and
block building experts, painters, electricians, plumbers,
yeso and concrete finishers, custom tile people, custom
cabinetry and finish work.
We pride ourselves on the ability to build
to the American standard incorporating the delightful
Mexican details. Our clients, as evidenced by the
wonderful references we receive, appreciate our building
results. We have many custom homes featured in Playa
de Oro, El Dorado Ranch and throughout the San Felipe
area for you to view and see the results of our craftsmanship.
Juan Carlos Mora Hernandez is a family man
with three delightful boys. He has lived and worked
in San Felipe for over twenty years and is known by, and
knows, the entire community. He was in the construction
business as an independent contractor for 17 years before
joining under the umbrella of Sweitzer
Construction Management and has gathered the very
best tradesmen together.
