Please permit me to introduce myself: My
name is BJ Sweitzer. I am the owner of Sweitzer
Construction Management.
Sweitzer Construction Management was started
in 2001. Prior to that I worked in the world of construction
here in San Felipe under different auspices for the preceding
three years.
I work directly for the client and build
in any area of San Felipe. I address the responsibilities
of my company seriously, ensuring clients receive what
they contract for and the contractor is paid for the work
they do. It's my business to find the best way to serve
you and to do it with honesty, integrity
and commitment.
I have lived in San Felipe for the past
nine years full time and the preceding years in the “snowbird
status”. I have two children and five grandchildren who
reside in the United States. I pride myself on the fine
custom homes we build. A reflection of this pride
is shown when the client becomes the friend who attends
my semiannual fiestas.
Before entering the wonderful world of construction;
I held a management position with the U.S. Department
of Health and Human Services (GS-13) and held a stock
broker position with Merrill Lynch.
Sweitzer Construction
Management proudly supports the following San Felipe
organizations: San Felipe Catholic Church, St. James Infirmary,
Las Amigas and the Rotary Club of San Felipe North - all
of which enrich the lives of the people of San Felipe.
