You bring whatever
drawings, sketches, pictures, etc. that you have and
that will help us finalize the design of your home. |
I
review this information with you and advise you as to
what the retainer will be (generally in the range of
$2500 to $5000) to complete your plans so that the
necessary permits can be obtained.
Or…..
I
work with you from beginning to end on the design of
your home.
Additionally, I have available many plans to choose
from. |

You work with me in
finalizing the plans. This can be done by e-mail,
fax, phone, etc. |
We work together to finalize the house plans (exterior
and interior elevations) - this includes number and
type of rooms, room sizes, location of tubs, sinks,
showers, appliances, etc. Size and location of garages,
patios (covered & open), fencing, driveways, etc. are
laid out on the plans. |

You agree to a set of
plans that will be submitted to the architect. |
I submit the
plans to the architect for drawing development.

You review and comment on
the drawings as developed by the architect.
Generally no more than three iterations are allowed
without additional fee. |
I
have the architect incorporate your changes and get a
final set of drawings. The completed plans include
floor, elevations, plumbing, electrical and plot. I
explain the next step - Bidding and Contract and, if you
agree we proceed to that phase.
